The Officina Meccanica Franco Rosselli manufactures molds since 1972. The materials used offer a guarantee of durability. Moulds for both rigid cardboard boxes and pre-assembled boxes. Teflon, for instance, is assembled with a dove-tail joint which means it can be substituted over and over again and the mould is as good as new after every use. Our production machines have a numeric control system which is operated by state-of-the-art CAD CAM software. In addition to the production of moulds we also produce American-style cutting dies to meet all the needs of a box factory. The die-cutting tools are produced using laser cutting technology and first-rate materials such as Sandvik blades and birch wood from Finland.
